Google Gemini + Paint.Net, yes. Probably it subconsciously influences one to see water and meat as something bad, by adding it unprompted into the speech bubble

Because people want to share a good experience. Those that made good experiences with a certain food tell other ones what to eat, not knowing that the food itself was only 50% of the good experience. That's why there are so many different ideas on diets but in the end it boils down to how it is digested and absorbed

L reuteri yogurt helps build muscle and makes the skin clean. Some people using it have been asked whether they used steroids. I would not expect miracles but it definitely has an effect on muscle.

Your gut and your brain are in constant communication through a system called the gut-brain axis. Over 90% of serotonin, a key neurotransmitter involved in regulating mood, is produced in the gut.
The gut also produces dopamine neurotransmitter tied to motivation, focus, and learning. Studies have found that individuals with Alzheimerโ€™s disease often have a less diverse gut microbiome compared to healthy individuals. Dysbiosis is thought to contribute to the development of amyloid plaques (protein aggregates associated with Alzheimerโ€™s) and tau tangles in the brain, which are linked to cognitive decline. Meat can have both positive and negative effects on your gut microbiome. Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, oregano, and cloves are rich in polyphenols and can help reduce gut inflammation

My microbiome is currently getting fucked up from having to take levofloxacin and clindamycin at the same time. I have an infection that isnโ€™t bad but it just wonโ€™t go away. I am making rhamnesus probiotic and I definitely feel like it helps.
Any other suggestions to improve/maintain my microbiome while I take antibiotics?

There is a thing called a poop transplant which is even paid for by health insurance if you have a clostridium difficle infection and antibiotics do not work anymore. In that case it is the only thing that has proven to be effective.

Processed sugar and gluten promotes harmful microbiome growth. Your body is composed of more bacterial and fungal cells than mammalian cells. The microbiome is like a second brain so feed it well.

Even the healthiest nutrition will make you sick if you lack the right bacteria.

I was super healthy, seldomly got sick but then had a salmonella infection in asia and had to take broad band antibiotic (not sure why it had to be a broad band one). As soon as the antibiotica hit I was bad ridden for half a year, I lost 7kg, looked bloated like an african kid and could not tolerate any food and it took me 10 years to understand the microbiome and how to influence it and to gain my normal health again

Do a GI Map (Florastatus) and fix all the species that are missing or when some are overgrown, lower them with antagonistic species or the right herbs.

PH balance is crucial if your worried about your gut biome. Apparently a more basic and loser PH reduces risk of some cancers.

Slap a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water.

organ meat, fatty red meat, some fruit, raw dairy, eggs, raw honey, some ferments
You don't need much fiber if you aren't eating a lot of carbs, what you get from a bit of fruit and honey is enough
If you're eating well and you still have digestive issues you probably have a pelvic muscle issues which is fucking up your digestion

yes, something like this. (I just took a sample image, there are probably far better labs)

If your gut is severely fucked up you need to eat colustrum, l-glutamine and collagen before you start with any probiotic. Also note that stomach acid resistant probiotic capsules are sometimes helpful to get the bacteria to the right location and if you eat too many lactobacilli, you can get lactic acidosis which leads to brain fog and which is cured by eating propionibacterium which transforms lactic acid to propionic acid, which is found in emmental cheese.

If your gut is leaky, then SCFA and akkermansia muciniphilia and polyphenols are key.

Just taking specific probiotics without measuring first can lead to adverse effects in some cases

Also note that there are 1000 different species but you do not need all of them. Some are keystone species like plankton. If this single species is there it leads to a whole food chain of other species.

Pretty nice ones are clostridium butyricum (sold in Japan and meanwhile also Italy) to gain weight and E Coli Nissle 1927 (sold in Germany) to lower constipation. For diarrhea you can try some non-histamine-producing species.

I actually started eating a lot more collagen rich foods because my knees were fucked up a couple years ago.
They're good now.
The lactic stuff is interesting too. I do consume a lot of dairy.
