It literally is and I highly suspect it will disappear once the final Democrat funding groups go under. The focus on Israel makes it even more obvious. The Democrats lost some support to the Green Party last election due to Leftists who supported Hamas. I kind of doubt this is actually why they lost (they are really unappealing) but the Dems likely blame this as they will do anything but blame their own policy. So, since the Democrats tend to believe the shit they make up, they are now trying to force this on the Right. They basically admitted defeat and have been trying to cause a fracture as their main strategy ever since they lost. The Musk stuff was big early on but has proven to mean nothing. They tried Epstein for a bit but that didn't really work. So now they are really drumming up the "alt- right" campaign. Not only would this be the fracture they are looking for if it somehow succeeded. But it also would serve their narratives well (they have been labeling Republicans as alt-right for years and the Jewish stuff would allow the Democrats to cry Nazi some more). I don't really know why they are attempting this one though, as it seems even more impotent than the previous two. People genuinely don't give a shit about foreign nations one way or the other, they aren't going to fracture over funding going to one.
