anyone trying to apply for these Jeet H1b jobs on jobs now? Why do they make it so hard just to apply? I have to send physical postal mail to apply for this job?

The other one is even weirder you just email some random lady at the company, not even send it to HR or online.

The point is to ensure that the jeet is the only "qualified" applicant. Another one of the listings was so flagrant that the email address was "immigration@[companyname].com" instead of literally anything else. If one of these jobs receives hundreds of applicants and they pick the visajeet anyways, it triggers a government audit.

It’s already marked out for an immigrant that has paid a bribe to his cousins connection in the company. If you apply they can’t give the visa legally then if they are audited or you sue all sorts of shit comes up in discovery. Basically you are fucking some nepo jeet.

Make sure you file discrimination complaints if you aren’t hired with the dept of labor if you trust the jeets with resume. You’ll get a cut of the fine
