Nobel prize winning virologist Luc Montagnier did experiments on DNA and water memory and he discovered that molecules emit frequencies which get stored in the water containing the molecule. The water "remembers" the molecule.
The molecule, or its effects, can be replicated in water not containing any of the molecules by exposing it to the precise frequency emitted by the molecule.
This molecule can be the DNA of a Virus.
In other words they can beam a Virus, or its effects, into the human body, which consists mainly of water.

interesting. It sounds crazy but maybe not entirely impossible. I dont think they could do something complex but they could do something that could cause a simple reaction like inflammation maybe

not a biologist whats this about? I get that molecules vibrate and yes you can probably pick it up its and water memory sounds like bullshit but why was Luc hoping to gain from this ?

it's all bullshit cover for using radio waves to decipher and identify a persons DNA, basically remote genotyping. genotyping is what forensic geneticists use to tie people to crimes, 23andme uses it for DNA ancestry results, medical industry uses it for a million fucking things, etc, etc, et.al. basically it'll be like muh future movies where they can positively ID a person @ a genetic level through handheld scanners.

Water has memory and you can structure it in different ways. I've experimented with this and it works.
Picrel. Right is structured water and it grew about 15% faster. Try it yourself.

So....in other words, one quack picked up the torch, and continued the work of that Japanese quack, who was writing on the sides of bottles? Got it! Does this quack explain, though, how water can read different languages? Just wondering?

i remember reading about this. i always thought homeopathy was fake but i trust luc montagnier completely because he threw away his career to call out the HIV industry and big pharma for being corrupt (and called out COVID for being a bioweapon shortly before his death), so this made me rethink my position
