The majority of it. You just don't want to be within 20 minutes of I-5 and a city of over 100,000 people, or-so. Even areas on the Coast you might think of as being cucky, aren't nearly as bad once you get rid of the tourists. Bend and Hood River are the exceptions as they have been overrun and are nowhere near I-5.

All of Eastern Oregon (not Central) is based. Most of Central and Southern Oregon are based. As far as the area West of Cascades and North from Eugene, it's checkered, but still generally alright away from bigger cities. For example, if you drove 30 minutes in any direction from downtown Portland, without traffic, you'd be somewhere very based.

Actually pretty good on terms of story and how it gives you examples of how to start a cell with your buddies and snowball it into the end result.

Obviously it's written from a 2008 perspective but how the world turned out in present day with their hilarious DIE was pretty close, I won't ruin it for you but there's one part where diversity becomes literally/our/ greatest source of laughter.

It is hard to get through the whole BoM but knowing the actual location should make it much easier to apply the knowledge it contains. I am not trying to snipe you across denoms btw, as I respect Roman Catholicism to a great extent in its present incarnation.

The Japanese were treated badly in Hood River during WW II and after it. They used to be a large minority in the town until the car, now the Latnix take that spot.
