Sounds like tales to me, no way average middleclass in Islamabad is making close to 10 lakh a month. Most of the country is in poverty or at best the "educated" young men and women are making somewhere between 50000 - 200000, even in ISB $3000 must be considered way above average. I know there are people working for american companies but still. You should be able to live in luxury with that amount otherwise you aren't spending right. I'm pretty sure in Lahore/Jhelum and nearby cities you can live very comfortably even on 200000 - 300000 a month if you own your house atleast which you should otherwise it's over for you.
