The interpretation of any law is completely up to the Judge's discretion.

That's why people who study the law and DON'T become Judges are completely retarded and it doesn't matter what you think the law says or how you think the law should be enforced.

I've seen it in auditing videos where people will literally show cops the law on their phone or even PRINT THE LAW OUT for cops to read and the cops always just roll their eyes and keep doing whatever the fuck they want because it doesn't MATTER what the law actually says, even if it's written in plain English and there's no room for open interpretation, everything is still up to a Judge's discretion.

The law is always their sword, and it is never your shield. If you don't understand that powerful people are powerful because they have the ability to give themselves unfair advantages and there's nothing you can do about it, and that's what it MEANS to have power and that's not something any law ever written has ever been able to change, then you're fucking mentally retarded.
