Intel is having money problems. AMD is eating their lunch, and Intel zigged when they should have zagged. Then random tariffs pretty much pushed them to the edge of a cliff. I've been saying back in 2019 to everyone i worked with that Intel will be dead in ~10 years. Nobody believed me of course back then. I was also the first person to get a custom desktop workstation with an AMD CPU that blew away all the others in compiling our application.

But I got all my info from Moore Law's Dead channel and still do. just simply seeing what will be released and how companies treat R&D and tech they work with + clients you can see pretty clearly that Intel was in the shitter and was in for the bad time, only running on fumes.
