Sure you can. Garnish his wages. He says he's poor? Drag him into court and make him prove it. Do it every 6 months. Oh he has a bank account? Cool, freeze it. Oh it only contains $12? Well, that's your $12 now. Put a lein on his car. Put a lein on his house. When he moves to a new job, garnish his wages immediately.

Credit card companies and bill collectors do this and make people's lives hell. You can do the same, people are just too lazy to. Or they're moms on child support who want to bitch about deadbeat dads while doing nothing to collect

I work in medical coding. View 100s of hospital charts per day. ATVs are somehow even worse than motorcycles. #1 most dangerous vehicle -- absolutely do not let any child, teenager, or young adult ride one as driver or passenger.

Almost every ATV accident somehow ends up resulting in a coma and traumatic brain damage as well.
