This site is awesome I saw it yesterday.

Someone had made a post here about this scam they where doing to get H1B's brought in. They only have to post the job, have noone respond to it so then they get a voucher from the government to hire H1b's. SO they would post the jobs, in foreign language newspapers, or ones with like 600 subscribers. then supposedly when noone ever responds, they say, 'oh we can't get people to work here' and they get the h1b voucher.

This site is working against that. They have all the listings of all the in the middl of nowhere newspaper releases, and gather up all the job listings, and post them on their site, JOBS.NOW. Fucking faggots traitors are mad at them.

THis is exactly what I thought needed to be doen. The government should make a jobs listing site and put all these faggots looking to hire h1b jobs listings on it. Then if/when noone responded, they could then get one. But they were donig this shady shit of listing in some free newspaper handout or something that didnt even have 600 subscribers to it, then claming NOONe wanted to work

Most people in this thread are retarded and don’t understand the America visa/ green card system. PERM is not for H1B visas. There is no requirement for an H1B to prove an American can’t do the job. There is a requirement for the PERM process to prove an American can’t do the job. PERM is the first step in the green card process, and has nothing to do with H1B outside of the fact that an H1B can apply for a green card.
What this site is doing is showing jobs that are posted to prove no one can do the job, leading to permanent residency for whoever is in the process. Yes, there is H1B overlap but this will not stop H1B visas.
