Those are triads. The trinity is unique because they're all the same guy but they're not, and one is the others son. And they're all equal.

I also know for a fact Thor, Freya, and Odin are not part of any trinity they are just mentioned in stories together. Same with the Mesopotamian Gods you just listed.
