Let me explain. "Talks about important things" are brainwashing classes that the teachers, both patriotic and liberal, all universally hate. You can't teach patriotism, and all attempts to do that at school, a place that can make even the most interesting subjects hateful, are doomed to failure, especially when it forces the kids to spend extra time at school. They begin to associate the country with uselessly wasting their time and develop a grudge against it from the earliest age. All attempts to explain that to the bureaucrats led to nothing because Russian bureaucrats have skulls of reinforce concrete that no criticism can penetrate. So the teachers are forced to run those horrible classes whether they like it or not, but there's a saving grace. Because there's no state-approved brainwashing textbook, the curriculum is entirely up to the teacher's discretion in this particular case. That means that theoretically the teachers can use these classes to teach the kids anything they like as long as they can spin it as patriotic. So some of them have classes about the history of the Russian alphabet while others teach about the arms of WWII. And this bitch thought that she could get away with teaching the kids 40gay lore. I hope she goes to jail like all 40gay brainlets should.
And no, she didn't say anything negative about India, India is Russia's ally and slandering it can result in penalties for a state employee.
