Whoever is left in Kiev will be forced to agree to an unconditional surrender. All disputed/occupied territory will become full Russian soil. A nominally sovereign Ukrainian rump state will be kept to act as a buffer zone, and a puppet state fully beholden to Moscow will be installed.
