Stop being fucking fat, be a normal weight. don't be afraid of sugar, it supports metabolic function and lowers cortisol. Support your thyroid. Take walks, avoid very strenuous exercise (you can lift weights, 3-X/week at moderate intensity, try not to go over 40 min).
