I'd literally have to fix the economy and have a cultural revolution from the ground up to solve America's dating issue. Undo the sexual revolution and repeal the 19th slowly would be my best bet, but since women make up 50% of the workforce, it will take time.

i agree with this generally but there have been historical cases of smart women, I would allow maybe 1% of openings universities to allow women. Also historically women may be allowed specific jobs - teacher, secretary, nurse, whore. Women may freely choose a shit job lifestyle vs breeding cow relaxed life vs. university (if they can actually back up being top shit)
what's great about this, there doesn't need to be a "have children" policy. women will get time on their hands and long for kids - BUT for this to be effective, also outlaw social media. if the women wants stimulation and meaning, then procreate
