There is a country in Africa that has abandoned western liberal democracy and instead has adopted the Chinese political government structure.

Now they are one of the fastest growing country in Africa
has the safest street in Africa
has the highest education in Africa
has the lowest crime rate in Africa

This is all despite being in central africa, where its geography gives them a severe disadvantage.

This country is Rwanda and they've been labelled by the west as "Africa's Singapore" (they are nothing like Singapore btw. This is western cope).

Rwanda is interesting in that when they did their genocide they mostly killed men so there were more women left and then the women took power democratically because votes. Men also relaxed and got to work with no fear because there was near zero competition for women despite the mass increase in women's rights.
