Also Natto has K2 and B vitamins.

How do you think animals get B Vitamins? Through bacteria (like the oen from Natto, Bacillus subtilis) that lives in the soil.

Onions also is a phytoestrogen that disrupts your HPA axis and lowers your hormone production as well as nutrient blockers that keep you from absorbing calcium into your bones. The vitamin B you get from natto is nowhere near as bioavailable or broad as the Vitamin B you get from meat. Herbivores have specialised enzymes for converting plant matter into vitamin B we do not. Nope 100% Aryan. My grandparents from my mother's side were refugees because they lived on the side of Germany that is now the Czech Republic. They put Germans into camps there but it is mostly overshadowed by (((them))).

Most people, no matter the race, who are beaten as a kid develop a small prefrontal cortex and focus not on what they learned but on whether they are safe, have power, etc.

Turkish people spread that with their culture (at least the ones living in Germany for 20 years, I heard that the ones living in Turkey are not that backwards anymore). There are some Turkish cuties though which look breedable from the distsnce.

Cooked onions, like you eat in Beyond Meat, has all that. But Bacillus subtilis has enzymes that break down phytase and make nutrients available.

While, e.g., Vitamin B2 from meat is more bioavailable than B2 from Natto, Natto has twice the amount of B2 per gram.

I know all the arguments, and I also sometimes watch Goatis, but some of the arguments are just not valid.

Also, to get the B vitamins that you need in a day, only from beef, you would need to eat 1kg of steak a day.

What is much wiser is to have bacteria in the gut like the ones from Natto for B2 or the ones from Emmental cheese for B12 to produce the B vitamins for you.

There is nothing wrong with carnivore as a medicine if your gut is inflamed or overgrown with bad bacteria but if you are able to digest other things than just meat life is much more enjoyable

Onions isn't a phytoestrogen but the isoflavones genistein and diadzein, both of which it contains in enormous quantities, are. It's also not that it disrupts your endogenous hormone production but that it saturates your estrogen receptors, and while both are quite weak ER agonists (though still stronger than BPA which has been banned) it still produces a significant response in men. The quantities you need are enormous but unfortunately the isoflavones are left over in ꜱoy protein isolate and that shit is in everything. Onions used to advertise 52mg of isoflavones per bottle and an Impossible Whopper contains about 40mg. For women it doesn't get any better either; since they're so weak compared to estradiol they actually prevent the normal estrogen response in women and as a result, women who consumed 1-2 ꜱoylent bottles per day would get fucked up periods.
You basically can't get these concentrations in nature so while ꜱoy beans aren't great they're still fine to eat.

If your gut is fucked up you will have intolerances and cannot eat them. Thus you say plants are toxic. Digestion is more complex. If you have bad bacteria, they will convert fiber into toxins. Eating carnivore can be like a medicine if you starve the bad bacteria and improve your gut lining.

Most strict carnivores stop their restrictive diet after their gut healed a bit and they introduce fruits again, even Paul Saladino and Goatis

Maybe the pharaoh had gut inflammation because he sat all day and meat was the most anti inflammatory thing he could find.

A healthy human gut can digest more than just a carnivore diet.

Also, you are definitely not only what you eat.

Let's say you have Salmonella and pathogenic E. coli. Even if you eat meat all day it will be transformed into poison. Those bacteria have genes for producing toxins and they will do it as long as you give them food.

But on the other hand, if you have a healthy microbiome, you can eat onions, garlic, and nuts without getting bloated.

Most microbiome differences are not that extreme but it is a good example look at the effects.

Also, eating carnivore is not as enjoyable as a wide variety of different tastes.

Unfermented grains will rob your micronutrients such as minerals through phytic acid among others. I am not advising for them, that is literally slave food.

Also our gut and microbiome is made for fasting once in a while. It improves the microbiome and the gut lining. Yes, slaves had sometimes no food but fasting sometimes is more adapted to our and our microbiome's genes than always eating. Slaves also head more movement and fast walking is the healthiest to the microbiome.

A lot of people living have slaves as their ancestors and those who have very little are often highly inbred, like the Habsburg family. It is not good to be a slave but one cannot always generalize things.

Op you are retarded. Egyptians were fat, pudgy unhealthy, had stunted growth, manboobs, crooked teeth, small jaws, no muscle, and even heart disease. Skipping the meat and eating bread did them no favors, and this has been observed in all peoples post agricultural revolution.
Anonymous (ID: 1vRbCS3m) Germany No.513270666
>>513270268
There is the brain-gut axis, which means that your microbiome tells you basically what to eat when and what not to eat through nerves, serotonin, histamine, and other ways of communication. Your microbiome decides what your favorite food is, and it can tell you to fast.

Your microbiome is not always right, though; it can be imbalanced and hijacked.

Some bacteria just like eating gut mucus and some just like a gut without any food. If those overgrow, you can get anorexia, and they will even make you puke if you eat and one needs to get rid of them to heal.

Regular fasting is quite healthy though.

If you cannot digest meat, there can also be bacteria in your stomach that destroy what is needed for proper digestion, making it fitting for them to live there. You can get those away by taking hydrogen chloride capsules, but it might burn at the beginning, and there might be a counter reaction by the bacteria living there, so one should start with really low doses until your stomach adapts to the acidity again. For a healthy human the pH in the gut is pretty low after eating protein.

Fasting is just a faggots way of saying starvation and there's no reason to put your body through such a state, eat a good diet of raw animal products and you'll feel better than any food tastes. The natural strength that comes from a natural diet is beyond what modern humans believe to be possible. All that you've posted about grains is a waste of time, plants are only useful as detoxifiers in small amounts, not for dietary consumption, fruits too for that matter.

I can lift a 125 kg Beef forequarter with nothing but my hand strength due to Aajonus Vonderplanitz diet and his words are the first basis anyone needs to study to reach true health, any other knowledge can come after learning the truth that only comes from a Raw Primal Diet.

Egyptians also drank beer which gave them man boob's. It is fermented and has B vitamins, but it also contains alcohol, which is bad for the microbiome, and phytoestrogens.

Sourdough bread is ok for your teeth and bones since its phytic acid is mostly deactivated, but poor people in Egypt could not afford sourdough bread.

Another reason for their bad teeth was sand in the bread.

Unlike other hunter-gatherers, they could spend less time on food and more on civilization and do all the things (learning, building buildings, writing down history, developing medicine) that other people could not do.

Also while eating less meat and more grains has drawbacks, like enemal cavities from sugar in the starch, less hormones and amino acids, eating it in moderation in a fermented form can have health benefits like having energy to build things like the pyramids.

Tour de France cyclist have a super high carb diet because they burn it and if they ate just meat they would not digest it fast enough.

Also sour dough bread offers nutrients that are low in meat like manganese, magnesium, vitamin b1 and b9

Everyone has a different diet, and people who are carnivores profit less from fasting than others. Autophagy can be a double-edged sword, but in most cases, it is still healthy.

Since we were fish or even before that, our guts were used to regular scarcity of food. That is why our genes assumed that fasting is, just like sunlight, always there. Fasting lowers the risk of cancer by recycling damaged cells. This is a part of healing. Carnivores like cats still get cancer. Also, fasting helps the gut to lower inflammation and to properly clean itself.

Even carnivores have a better microbiome and gut health if they fast once in a while.

Also while today's society uses too many carbohydrates/glucose as an energy source completely restricting oneself to carnicore/amino acids + ketones as an energy source can have drawbacks: For example slower muscle recovery after exercise, less efficient building of sexual and thyroid hormones. The deeper you go the more you will find that it is not black or white and that there is a lot to understand which can be fun

These are processes that require glucose (you can create glucose from fat and proteins but it puts significant metabolic load on your liver and probably why Paul Sadino and Goatis added fruits to their diet after some while of eating only carnivore)

1. Red blood cells (erythrocytes)

Why: They lack mitochondria, so they can only produce energy via anaerobic glycolysis.

2. Parts of the brain

Why: Most of the brain can use ketones in low-carb states, but certain cells still need glucose:

Some neurons in the brain require glucose for neurotransmitter synthesis (e.g., glutamate, GABA).

Redox balance in neurons and pentose phosphate pathway activity depend on glucose.
3. Kidney medulla

Why: This part of the kidney relies on glucose for energy under normal conditions to help concentrate urine.

4. Eye lens, cornea, and retina

Why: These tissues have limited mitochondrial activity and depend on glycolysis for ATP.

5. Glycogen-dependent processes

Why: Certain muscles and liver cells rely on glycogen for rapid energy bursts; ketones provide slower energy, not suitable for quick anaerobic bursts.

6. Pentose phosphate pathway (PPP)

Why: Produces NADPH and ribose-5-phosphate, essential for:

Fatty acid and steroid synthesis

DNA/RNA synthesis

Antioxidant defense (glutathione regeneration)

Ketones and amino acids cannot substitute for this pathway.

>avoid vegetables; plants are poison
I disagree that vegetables are dangerous but they do not have a lot of vitamins and nutrients.
For example to get the necessary vitamin C from oranges you would have to eat twenty oranges a day or to get the vitamins from lettuce you would have to eat two pounds of it.
The one nutrient vegetables have that is good is fiber. But Monsanto vegetables have even less vitamins and fiber.
Beans and oatmeal have more fiber so you should eat those.

It's the microbiome. You can eat unhealthy burgers and get sick, or eat fermented s o y with rice and be healthy. Especially when comparing US meat, disinfected with ammonia or chlorine with organic s o y fermented with bacillus subtilis natto.

I personally eat meat and plants but I think making sure I have a good microbiome is far more important for my health than strictly sticking to one of the two.

I do not usually eat unfermented grains, and even if I make a cake or cookies, I put a bit of miso in it and let it rest for half an hour at 37 degrees before I bake it. Also, I prefer soaked and freshly blended almonds over wheat flour.

I rather ear good food and not that often than every 4 hours and low quality.

Some studies show equal efficacy of herbal blends like FC Cidal or Dysbiocide compared to rifaximin for SIBO.

If you want to get rid of unwanted bacterial species, you can determine them with a GI map, and you can just Google antagonistic bacteria or herbs that kill them.

I healed my aunt of recurring bladder infections with a self-mixed anti-E. Coli herb blend, without any antibiotics, and it never came back.

Oregano oil is an antibiotic from nature. Many people with multi-resistant strains that were sent home with an infection from their doctor because no antibiotic worked had success with it. But like any herb, it depends on the bacteria that you want to kill with it.

No, I just had constant reflux and the doctors gave me PPIs for like 6-7 years non stop until they stopped working and had the surgery. I stopped taking them for the last 7 years but the device they put inside me while solving the reflux allowed me to develop SIBO because of slowed motility.

Now I removed it and I'm recovering, Idk how much it will take, and it seems like I'm finally starting gaining a bit of weight. Before I was stuck at 55-56 kg for 180 cm, I'm a skeleton, but now I'm 57-57.5 kg.
