I won't get into the question of whether "female sexualization" is bad or not. We all know that's a very old feminist argument. But I want to make an interesting point: the same people who consider themselves defenders of women and oppose their sexualization are exactly the same people who see no problem with it when it comes to men. The related photo illustrates this well. Shirtless, sexualized men occur in movies and games every day, but why doesn't this fit the "sexualization" standards? Mortal Kombat is hypocritical. Muscular men aren't bad, but sexy women are.

it's not really sexualisation because women aren't buying those games or really find that kind of man/body sexy. it's more of a power fantasy for the male players, or just an exaggerated way of saying to the viewer that "this character is strong"
