In my view, the big surge in enthusiasm towards Southern culture (increasing popularity of country music, SEC colleges, etc.) is a downwardly mobile white American phenomenon. Real winners go to the coasts but it's too competitive for most people so they rationalise away their failure and say they always dreamed of living in an Austin mcmansion, having a fat wife, going to some mid-market Mexican restaurant, and sending Landon and Haylee to Texas A&M.

So this is going to be the next big /pol/ shilling campaign is it?

The problem with politicians in The US that for many people over here dont understand is that their politicians and president will never serve the people due to this massive difference in society. All the presidents and candidates are born into massive wealth and have zero connection with the population at all.
This is why its irrelevant who is the president for the people in The US because they are never going to be on the same level at all.

If you ask all the presidents or candidates about everyday cost for americans they dont have a fucking clue. Trump, Newsom, Clinton, Obamas etc, they dont know what toilet paper cost, or groceries, or gas or whatever. They send people out to get this shit for them and if they have to pay for something regardless they just swipe their cards and dont even look at the bill.

It is extremely easy for people like Trump and Newsom and talk about "making life better for americans" when they are some of the richest people on the planet living in homes beyond mansions.

I could also do what they do with $10b by walking up to a podium and make up some fake sob story about how hard it was growing up in a neighborhood where the cheapest house cost $5m, and make it sound like I came from the ghetto.

What the US needs and any country really is very smart average people who know how shit works and what it mean to actually live a life. Not a bunch of Centurion Black Card holders who create a political path to generate more money on their stocks and real estate investments.
