Have you just not been paying attention for the last 9 months? I live in a giga-liberal city and I don't even see liberals/leftists in public anymore, just realized it the other day. Suddenly all their colored hair and obnoxious clothes and bumper stickers are nowhere to be found. In a matter of mere months, most of these people who have been treating this like a religion for 10 years dropped it and went back to being normal because the culture changed and they're all mindless NPC sheep.
