Who denies it? Low-value dysgenic noncompetitor males are at the very bottom of the human hierarchy, and it's only getting worse for them. They go decades with affirmation, without affection, without a moment of being valued. Women, on the other hand, are inherently valued. Anything an incel does, anything an incel is, would be valued a hundredfold more if they were a woman.
So when an apparatus exists that promises those men an escape, a launching up the totem pole, just take these pills, you'll be loved and cherished for the first time, look how cute these cherrypicked passoids are, and so on, it's no surprise many take it.
Of course, it almost never works out. They go from incel loser to tranny hon incel loser, but in for a penny, in for a pound, they're part of a cult now, such that it becomes their entire identity.

You are right but there is one small but important difference.

shows dont cause it. the best it can do, is entertain them enough to avoid workouts, which also helps lower testosterone. but that can be done w/o anime, or the "pipeline" it could just be doom scrolling youtube shorts, or action/violent videos.
