I have been watching YouTube videos of truck drivers talking about how this common place and that most of these drivers are Indian.

An entire industry where you have to invest your own money to get into and to achieve a special license is something that is just handed to them no testing required. You might ask yourself how to manage to even operate a semi well the answer is its easier then ever to drive without grinding out the gears like an inexperienced jackass.

This is like the cope that "exciting open mouth thumbnail" is favored by the youtube algorithm, but really its just 13 year old viewers find it fun and always click Mr beast videos. There is no AI counting teeth and watching for mouth gape on youtube. Top creators just get pushed to the top by the algorithm because they have a huge base that follows them. (Mr Beast actually reduced the amount of open mouth thumbnails and now does a toothy grin because kids got tired of it).

There are countless tweets with 20+ million views with "shot" or "killed" in the text, and a billion tweets about "r@pe" or "v!olence" that have 5 views. The content and the follower base of the person posting it is what has always mattered. The algorithm on all social media platforms is tailored for the specific viewer's interests and responds to it, simple as.

Yeah because most fleets are buying slushboxes with a thousand gigabytes of electronic nannies, so that a Somali can learn to drive it "good enough" in a three week class. It's a travesty and it essentially goes back to Obama's push for tighter service hour regulations (especially electronic logging) causing an overnight driver shortage, then liberal immigration to flood the market with cheap shit skins as fast as possible. We've been doing that for over a decade now and shit like this is going to just become normal.

Twitter pays $8.5 per million impressions, not views. Impressions is a vague metric and it tallies impressions over several months and pays out a tiny fraction of ad revenue. The only way to make money on twitter is with your own merch ads and links to off-site revenue sources, or be a mega influencer with sponsors and shill their products to your millions of weekly viewers.

The self censorship is totally separate from all that, unless your target audience happen to be very timid zoomers easily startled by aggressive or violent words.
