In late soviet years, there was group of people who decided to drink cheap cologne (odekolon), to get that "kick". As it had alcohol content of 60...80%. In modern days, that is not as widespread anymore, but still have not died out.

Please do not go cologne or windshield cleaner liquid drinking route.

Methanol is toxic one. Where if survives, can became blind.
Look at content of bottle, if you have some nearby. Higher quality ones have ethanol, have not heard about ones having methanol. There are windshield fluids which contains methanol though.

Some years ago, in central or eastern part of Russia, was issue that guys drank counterfeit bath balsam. Original one contained ethanol, counterfeit one methanol. Like 20 or 30 guys "kicked the bucket". Was huge fuss at time in Russia. Even V.Putin had to say announcements related to issue.

Just put in search engine "russia methanol poisoning" and you will have articles of other incidents. Apparently, there was another one in Samara in 2023, when 30 died.
