To be just straight up given the slyvansk kramatosk line fortified urban belt? That’s one hell of a gift. And then they can just wait for azov to breech the treaty (which will happen in seconds) and then boom invasions back on but this time no urban defensive line prepared across a decade.

Because if we reach peace deal that will strip Kiev from the ability to steal Ukrainians from the streets. That would would require the EU to send their own people to die if they wish to prolong this conflict, which they hardly are able to do.
We don't want Ukraine, we want their people not being used as unwilling jihadists with the EU enabling that totalitarian genocidal regime. Give Ukraine back to Ukrainian people, they don't want to die, nobody comes to this war willingly there, the EU runs a slave state.

No. When the peace is reached they would have to abolish martial law, open borders and hold elections. Most young people would instantly ran away from that prison of a country. Right now they enslaved their population with the pretext of fighting a war (despite being elected on anti-war promises), abolishing every civil right of Ukrainian men. This would never happen if not for EU bankrolling and enabling the whole thing. The moment the war ends, that regime will collapse, because there will be no more excuse to hold every last Ukrainian male a hostage.

We could just supply Ukraine with immense amounts of fiber optic drones, which neither side can stop, for instance. We could give them Tomahawk missiles, to hit Russia further into their territory, in terms of strategic targets. We could give them enough SRBMs and cruise missiles, to thoroughly destroy Russia's hydro carbons industry. We could start a merc pilot program, and give them a couple squadrons of F-16s. We could do a lot. The US has never wanted Ukraine to win. They arm them with just enough to kill shitloads of russians, but not enough to get serious about destroying russia. We could arm them like we do israel. It's a managed war, coordinated at the top, by both sides, for maximum death on both sides.

Get real. We aren't even barely arming them. Their strategic bombing, is done by OWA-UAVs with 25 to 75 kg war heads. They barely use ATACMS/Storm Shadows any more, with the order of magnitude bigger warheads. Those 50 lb warheads could become 500kg missile warheads. We could give them enough missiles to destroy every oil/gas related industrial target within reach of tomahawks or ATACMS.

This seems to more of a Russian problem. Russia needs war as distraction from being part of the ready of the world. North Korea is no different. There are a few questions I have:
All the territory taken is basically flat unfortified areas with no major urban populations. How will they fare against actual urban areas?
Additionally, for how much longer can they sustain this? They took a massive break in March with minimal progress until very recently, probably to rotate mobiks. Based on that, are there any chance they may reach their limit again?

>All the territory taken is basically flat unfortified areas with no major urban populations. How will they fare against actual urban areas?
Urban warfare leads to higher losses for both in shorter amount of time. Russians want to avoid this.
When these fields excahnge hands in reality there's not hundreds of people holding them but 10-20 people go in on bikes, vehicles or whatever they have.
>Additionally, for how much longer can they sustain this?
Nobody can tell you this for either side.
It's obvious Russia has not collapsed economically and it's also obvious Ukraine still has men to hold the positions. So both sides have been proven wrong for years, until the point one of them doesn't.
>They took a massive break in March with minimal progress until very recently, probably to rotate mobiks
