Americans used to be anticorporate trustbusters, now they worship economic monopolies and megacorporations as sacred entities. What caused this change?

when the fascists masquerading as "capitalists" realized they didn't need to pretend that they supported government intervention preventing monopolies anymore.

For a long time Republicans used to be like "capitalism is fine, we have controls in place to prevent anticompetitive and monopolistic behavior". And yet any time we needed to use those controls, those same "capitalists" would whinge about the gubment intervening in business.

These days they're like "LOL you lost tranny" and are very OK with monopolies. One corporation will rule us all.

>LOL there are no monopolies
implying that having 3x companies (look at telco for example) colluding and controlling essential infrastructure is somehow fine relative to an according-to-Hoyle monopoly.

Man you MAGA trash fascists are some disingenuous fucks.

In response to roosevelts policies many of these corporations quietly began to secure assets outside of the nation building foreign branches and becoming international. In the modern day if america tried to trustbust, say, coca cola or mcdonalds, could they? Sure, they could go as far as russia did with nationalizing domestic production, but could america actually influence the way these nations operate in foreign nations? And even if they could get away with it once on the back of diplomatic relations, how many times could they repeat it before other countries simply stop listening, or better yet make bids to become the new home of international trade?
More simply, jews.

Everyone knows america is a slave nation, its rare to meet someone who has some original ideas, they just watch what the corporation want them to watch and say whatever the corporations what them to say. Let alone all the Hicks that over there that think having x amount of guns will help them if all of them are too chickenshit to do anything with them. The average American has a sense of reality molded by TV and movies, they are all a bunch of retards with a false sense of superiority. Which is funny cause the vast majority of entertainment is written by jews. And you can the influence over their behavior.
