GP here, married to a chinese girl, we have 3 kids all home deliveries. You guys are close but its a bit more nuanced than some think.

First, yes, the standard target of /pol/, kike lawyers are much to blame at least in the USA and europe. Obstetricians pay 50-100k PER YEAR for malpractice insurance and the vast majority of that goes to kike lawyers and payouts to women who lost babies during childbirth, mostly because of their own dumb decisions, like becoming obese. In places without so many lawyers and dumbasses who chose to pay them, the malpractice rates are lower and people just sort of accept that there is inherent risk in childbirth and they don't sue over it.

UK has a low section rate because they have a long running robust midwife industry who know their shit and get the babies out vaginally wherever possible.

GP here. A common myth, actually. Women often get vaginal tears during delivery, however if you don't suture it and allow it to heal naturally over the course of several weeks, it ends up being better than before. my wife and I told the doctor for 3 months prior to birth that we did NOT want a c section. She pushed during labor for 2.5 hours and the head wasn't even close to coming out. Typically it's done when the labor has gone on too long or when the baby has complications and may not be delivered safely with a vaginal birth.

Also because many women have their birth induced when the baby gets to a certain weight, which happens more and more often with people being fat. induced births typically make the labor alot harder too

Sometime in our degenerate history ( the 60s ) it became more of an elective. These women are having like 4-5 kids all c-sections because they want to preserve their junk. Boomers are so gross I want to fucking throw up when I think about how they are. These women are in their 80s now still hunting men to fuck them.
