Why have Japanese men turned on white men?

Japanese are programmed to obey strength. Something happened post-WW2 where they no longer respect white men. Even the so called "right wing" parties want to limit white and Chinese visitors from coming to Japan but are opening wide for more "workers" from Africa and India.
