We are living in probably the worst timeline 1913 onwards (titanic sank, federal reserve created, onset of ww1 approaching. If the german empire won the middle east would also be more stable with the young turks funneling the oil money in the arab territories to industrialize and palestine would not be genocided by child raping jews because it would remain under ottoman control.
