Hand to hand probably boxing/MT because a lot of it is transferable to clubs and knives, like jabbing is basically just stabbing and overhand is basically just swinging a club downward.
For personal protection with a firearm probably pistol range with a Glock 9mm due to its common availability, as well as regular draw practice.
For medium ranged probably working with an AR and iron sights ranging from 50m-500m while utilizing optics occasionally to familiarize yourself and reload drills.
For long ranged probably working a 30-06 or 308 out to 800m+.
And running, like 7:30 avg over 10 miler, 18 min 3 mile, and sub 13 sec 100m (which is like HS varsity girl level so any fit male should be able to hit it).
Don’t get me wrong, grappling is great, I was a HS wrestler and have a purple belt in bjj, but those would be more effective in a trying to kill people scenario.
