Nah. You had KMT running the place as a uniparty until 1992, then contested elections until the DPP won in 2000, then the KMT got back in in 2008, then the DPP got back into power in 2016. It's not the DPP's fault that the KMT imploded over their sucking up to China and will probably never hold elected power again -- just military power since DPP faglords don't want to serve in the military, so don't be surprised if the KMT welcomes the PLAAN in with open arms and forcibly spread DPP legs.
