I work in government in Alberta and over the past ten yrs, there transition from white people leaving or pushed out to other areas and new hires being either black or Indian and recently we added two new FTEs because we are expanding. Guess who those roles went to, one black and one Indian. Lol. So wtf is going on? I get diversity equity and inclusion is something, but its become just ONLY Indian or black and not even diverse anymore.

I can't speak for all the departments but my department is wacked.

They hire LGBT or blacks and Indians, if you straight white male and marry white female, your chances of making it is pretty low in government. I don't even see them hiring chinks much in government now. Maybe in Toronto or Vancouver since higher population there but... Honestly if this keeps going on, Canada has fallen. Like our jobs pay probably $100k Cad, and these jobs are being given to blacks and Indians with mostly foreign educations.

I think for me now is to get rich and just leave Canada. Canada is over and dead. If you ain't like LGBT or black or Indian, not even sure how you can be promoted in government. Government organizations are so Damn liberal even though we have daniell Smith as the premier, many branches are still so liberal in sense they only hiring LGBTQ and blacks and Indians, not even sure how can even fix it now.
