I have a spreadsheet where I have houses I would be interested in for me and my wife. I make offers once a month and just offer 15% under asking plus whatever drops they have had. Compared to houses I do not do this to, it is causing boomers to drop quicker and for more. Hoping I can drive them down to what I want in a few more months before federal reserve cuts rates and starts to drive prices up. On one hand, I understand the boomers because they are close to retirement home age and have no family so they want the most shekels so they can rot on a couch for longer. But on the other hand boomers created their own situation and deserve what they get.
