I think itโs a plough (plow). Ower had an archaic meaning of โoverโ, and plows are used to turn the soil over. I canโt find a direct reference to ploughs being called owers, though. It seems to fit the theme of the obelisk, depicting sunlight, agriculture, and fire as probably 3 important building blocks of early (presumably Egyptian) civilization. There could be deeper meanings, but Iโve forgotten the mythological archetypes from that era. Iโll have to go back and rewatch Talbottโs videos. Sun is Ra, I believe Isis was fertility, and not sure about fire- maybe Osiris?
