Neither do the Republicans. Current GOP is just pretending to wear maga hats and to "like Trump," this is *especially* visible in the United States Senate. But also in the House of Representatives, only a small group of ~ 20 or so Freedom Coalition Republicans can be considered true 'maga' and supporters *of Trump's agenda*, the rest of the Republicans in the House are fair-weather maga or convenient-maga, these Republicans *don't give a fuck* if Trump wakes up tomorrow, and would have been fine last year 13th July 2024 if his head was blown off and Nikki Haley swapped in next day, back to business as usual.
People don't realize, thanks mostly to the perma-24-7 "orange man bad" barrage that has been going on for *ten years* how tenuous Trump's actual real support is on Capitol Hill. Only a mere handful of Senators and Congressmen actually back him.
