Greetings pol,

So, I’ve been reading a lot about these big Ionospheric Heaters that every first world nation seems to have. Over the Horizon Radar is another aspect of this conversation.

Seems like the military is treating our Ionosphere as a big particle accelerator.

What are the implications of this?

So let’s establish what we know currently…We know that Over the Horizon Radar installations had two primary functions, acting as conventional long range radar, but also acting as a Non-Nuclear EMP…basically it can either scramble the ionosphere above a target, fucking up communications for Days (or longer) afterwards. Or, it can Scatter/amplify/frequency upshift Microwaves off of the Ionosphere…and at the same time reflecting them to ground targets.

Officially, the Ionospheric Heaters (like HAARP and the European equivalents) are used to study the ionosphere (rarely do they go into specifics) but the idea to manipulate the ionosphere as a lens, which can boost communication/radar range for certain equipment.

The thing is, if you can create plasma lenses in the ionosphere, you can use that shit to focus massive amounts of electromagnetic energy onto targets anywhere on Earth.

Have you guys every heard of the inverse-Plasma Maser? Or the Cherenkov plasma Maser/Laser? Basically, you can turn a large section of the ionosphere into either of those devices so to speak…meaning that Nukes (ICBMs) have been a totally irrelevant technology for a long, long time.

But the BIG point of me mentioning this is the following.

Installations like EISCAT specifically manipulate the connections between our Sun and the Magnetosphere…

So what are the chances Pol, that by manipulating our own Magnetosphere, we are also manipulating that of the Sun? Initiating or suppressing solar activity?

It's not possible for us to manipulate the Sun directly, as it's 100 times bigger than Earth and more than a million kilometers away. It's much more likely that they manipulating how the Sun's rays travel though the ionosphere over a certain area by arranging the ions into a certain shape via EM resonance.

So what Tom Bearden is describing here is similar to the concept in this paper that I linked earlier.

The author calls it "vector potential radiation"...in which he's referring to the Magnetic Vector Potential...which is a mathematical quantity that represents a real field...this field is responsible for the Aharanov-Bohm effect and the Maxwell Lodge effect.

So, the idea is that it's hard to receive "vector potential radiation" with any type of metallic antenna, because the electron drift velocity in said antenna can only be like 33mm per second tops.

In plasma, it's easier to detect vector potential radiation (not the same thing as typical electric and magnetic fields) because the electron drift velocity is able to be much higher.

Couldn't we transmit this "Vector Potential Radiation" to the ionosphere (plasma) and although we aren't transmitting energy directly, would could have the ionosphere pull energy from the surrounding environment (cosmic rays and solar particles) in order to boost activity?
