Isolation leads to mental health issues; we are social beings and need interaction! it helps us stay present and not worry about the future and overthink the past. I used to be someone who was isolated. I didn't go out or mix with people I ended up depressed and always anxious. Then I started going to do things outside like hobbies, education and ended up with a girlfriend and now my life is much better.

Men aren't able to form communities so they're just embracing being alone. Obviously it would be better to not be this way but that's the way things are. There is no community that does not have a significant portion of the men in it as incels. It is a universal phenomenon with no clear solution.
