did you know the 'organic' label and a few other ones are fake? they simply have to meet certain criteria off a checklist to put the label on, but these criteria have nothing to do with or often allow for significant loopholes in the product actually fitting the label.
for instance, the 'free range' label simply requires a bigger overall pen size for chickens, and no difference in feed requirements. those chickens are still in a pen and overstuffed in there.
every label basically has this, theres too much to go over with how bullshit it is from one link or video, because most look at it one label at a time at best.

TLDR; if you're not buying it directly from the farmer and can see the conditions the animal/food was raised in, dont trust what the labels tell you about it.
