The results are in! 70g of lentils in a 470ml thermos after 5h with extra wool sock and they came out soft and tasty! This truly is the solution to high instore prices in America.

Worst poster on /pol/. I say that as someone who has been literally dozens of times for posting explicit descriptive BBC erotica about white women vagina creaming all over the shafts of their humongous BBCs.

How does the wool sock fit in? Is it for protein?

you can just cook that shit you anon. its better for you that way too. i can cook a weeks worth of food in my pressure cookers. lentil take maybe 10-15 minutes under pressure and done. beans, chickpeas, potatos, everything, cooked real quick in a pressure cooker. if you throw a bunch of chickens legs etc in a pressure cooker they will be the tenderest chicken you ever had with 25 minutes under pressure.

its like how they do it with kraft dinners - its just for flavor (which is shit anyway). no real cheese required.

orange powder is the shit ! mix it with cooking cream instead of milk to make it real thick and add a bit of salt

its really just better (and takes about teh same amount of time) to mix up a quick cheese sauce using just butter, flour and then grate some cheese into it. so you really like that fake cheese powder taste?

only when it's mixed specifically with kraft dinner which I eat like once a year because pasta makes me fat. I don't understand how Italians eat pasta every day and not weigh 300 fucking pounds.

smaller portions? i dont know. ive been having it more regularly that last few months because the kids are on a bit of a pasta a sauce fad but haven't noticed gaining. maybe it depends on the flour used in the pasta? some kinds digest slower so you dont get big blood sugar spikes....maybe its the oilive oil they always use on it. the salads and good tomato sauce? i dont know.
