Every country has a different set of laws, Ukrainian law says no elections while at war. Russia invaded Ukraine. Trump asking if he could do that, no elections during a war is dumb because our system is different and allows for elections during war. Taking what he said and turning it into what he can do as an American president should be met with "yeah if you're a Ukrainian president" and Russia invaded.
