Whatever else it is, it's this. Old people have shit breath even after they brush their teeth, and are almost constantly letting out tiny little farts, expecially when they walk. Most of the time it's inaudible, but the smell clings, and plus they just have a natural sickly smell from all the dead air in their rancid guts and rotting lungs. I never met an old person in this country who followed even a half-decent diet, they literally live on junk food, and that makes their bodies inflamed like fucking corned beef. Plus they're incontinent, they smell like a combination of all the disease processes that are killing them.
