Because they essentially create a fifth column in whatever country they reside. This goes all the way back to the Babylonian exile. They are a stubborn people and absolutely refuse to assimilate. Take any Jew from America, they view themselves as Jew first, American second.

So yes, they absolutely do have different interests than us, and most of them seek to dominate us.
