Considering that Porn is the epitome of "Free Speech"... there is a relation.

...that said, those who revel in their freedom, tend to dig in too deep out of some twisted sense of pride for themselves. In the case of Porn it becomes an addiction, when at first it was just a venue to exercise that freedom, then considering the content, you jerk off, then jerk off one too many times, then you're addicted.
