I don't understand this. If, starting in 2022, Ukraine is the only one violating all agreements and has NATO's full support. Moreover, the EU stole grain as part of the grain deal. How is this to be understood? The EU owes Russia interest on the assets used, as well as a serious fine. In other words, the EU simply stole money from Russia. Putin is a perfectly unblemished negotiator who has honestly fulfilled all the terms of all agreements since 2000.

I saw a video about this, Ukraine (and Taiwan in case of invasion) have adopted a porcupine strategy, meaning they use cheap means to destroy armored vehicles (drones, rpgs, etc). So Russia had to pull them back and now using suicide drones that can reach Kiev. So there's barely any troop movement, just both sides lobbing drones at each other.
