The plan is still to put puppets in Russia, then China. This requires something like NATO troops in Ukraine to "confirm" the false flag was in fact a genuine attack by Russia on innocent civilians requiring a massive attack on Russia in response as required by le peace deal. They need time to rearm, censor speech, find traitors in Russia and China, and finally blame the other side for attacking first with false flags.
