anyone here ever struggled with cocaine addiction?

shit is really easy to fuck up your life. if someone is really depressed and stressed out with work, its really easy to get hooked and really hard to not do it every day. after a while it fucks up your nose to the point where you're thinking maybe switching to the needle or smoking rocks would be better

also, since this is politically incorrect, should cocaine be legal? I mean it used to be before the 40s and rich people would do it, never was a problem

I was smoking it and I learn it was called crack.
It is a good painkiller I don't get how you can get addicted

Yep, going through it right now. I was able to stop for about 6 months or so, but ended up going back because I was incredibly depressed. Not too sure what to do at this point. Don't think I'll ever smoke it, but I'm sure that's what they all say. Been thinking of taking that first bump after I get home from work since I woke up.

Tried once in Miami a few years ago. Not my cup of tea, felt really anxious after briefly feeling like the king of the world. I understand why people get addicted to it, though. I'm more of a late night, after the kids are asleep, weed smoker.

I got addicted to it for a couple of months.

My roommate and I at the time would snort it and play Diablo 3 or Destiny all night. I loved it, it was a ton of fun.

Until one night my heart was racing and wouldn't slow down and I started freaking myself out that I was having a heart attack. I was too afraid and strung out to sleep, so I was up until the early morning before I could actually sleep. A co-worker came knocking on my door during his lunch break checking up on me because I didn't show up for work.

The terror of feeling like I was about to die, and all the lies I had to tell to my job to not be too suspicious was enough to scare me sober.

By the end I couldn't breath out of my nose and would get bloody noses while out eating with family...

I've always thought that if I could get a pure, straight from the source, hook for it I'd give it another try. But I'm too afraid of it being cut with some bullshit now. And if I did find a clean source for it.. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to stop myself.

Blurred vision, sensitive eyes, nasty taste, fleeting high, boner kill, it’s trash but Hollywood and the music industry have promoted the shit out of it because they manage the coke. If you're doing very pure cocaine and big enough lines, it will FUCK you up. I once had the pleasure of endulging in the "real" stuff. it literally felt like I was walking on clouds, the euphoric feeling was unexplainable. that was just one night of doing coke. i never found that same feeling again even after doing coke thousands of times.

but most cokeheads aren't looking for something that will get them blasted to the moon, they want something discreet, perhaps even performance enhancing with a bit of a buzz. if they wanted to get fucked, they would be doing meth instead

Idk, I was more of a pro at it.

I used to be a quarter OZ ($400) guy. Would snorting until my nose was bloody and I had to use nasal spray to clear out the junk so I could keep sniffing. Would get it on Friday night, would last until Tuesday or so, then I'd be clean until the next Friday night.
