yes? Been going on for ages anon. Firetrucks, cops, ambulances shows up to certain parts of the cities and they get bricks thrown at them. Gangs undermine the authority of the state through acts of intimidation against business owners, witnesses, judges, etc. Children as young as 10 are being hired as hitmen because they can't be convicted due to being minors.

The state is crumbling and we're basically just walking around pretending its raining when the power bills reaches €1/KWh. There's no plan, not even the promise of a plan.
