I'm sorry but I fail to see how the truck driver was the main culprit of this horrific accident.

Anyone who has a bit of driving experience knows to be extra careful whenever driving near a semi, specially in a motorway. The white driver was likely speeding and didn't have time to react. Notice how that was the only vehicle to crash against the truck, which proves a) he would have had plenty of time to slow down, b) every other driver knew how to react accordingly. Whites are notorious speeders.

Also I can't blame the indian guy for not knowing the u-turn was illegal. Why would you put that there in the middle of the highway if you aren't going to let drivers use it? It's counterintuitive. I hope he sues.

The company and California are at fault. I mean he is not completely innocent. But there are far bigger culprits but I see right wing SJWs are making him the scapegoat on X.

So? Google maps fucks up and I never killed anyone because it gave me bad directions, if indians are so smart that jeet would have took the next exit
