They're both.
At the base, they believe they're doing right.
But, they're funded by Israel, by net and yoohoo's own admission.
If they were just a bunch of ragtag rebels, they'd have run out of supplies long ago. To make it seem legit, they claim that Iran somehow sneaks them arms past blockades and military checkpoints.
If they're not strong enough to kill Israelis, Israel doesn't have a moral justification to show the world for finishing the genocide they began quietly in the late 1800s.
