anonymity and the proliferation of ideas
Just now on LinkedIn, I saw a post about Windows 11 and how the lack of support will render Windows 10 machines no longer viable. The discussion covered Linux, patches, and how these legacy machines could be donated to people in developing countries.
My first impulse was to sarcastically reply something about "that's exactly what we need, more third worlders shitting up the internet." That is, until I remembered that HR Karens and the entire world of professionalism would likely not take kindly to such sentiments, and since my account has my real fucking name, I would undoubtedly be blacklisted from every single company from now until the end of time.
Treasure what we have here, anons. It's as good as it will ever get.
