look up job training and apprenticeship programs in your state, they are free but they also don't pay you anything so you might find yourself in a situation where you are homeless and essentially working at the same time making you worse off than even a slave because even slaves had shelter from the elements.

Employers in the states have to pay you. Office internships are about the only exception. I think the biggest crock of shit I've seen with all of that is the "temp agency to full time employee" pipe line that isn't a pipe line, where you get paid less than a normal employee to be treated like garbage.


To answer OP's question, there are job rehab programs for autists, and that's how I started out at a grocery store. Had a part time gig at fedex just before covid because I wanted more money, and at the part time gig I made a connection with someone who'd become a manager at a furniture store, and I've been doing that for like 4 years. I've never worked for free, and I won't. Hoist the black flag before that shit or something.

Normies don't care about anything that isn't right infront of them. If that doesn't give you a clue. If they find something out about you that isn't "up to snuff" they will drip you, only to pick you back up when convenient for them for as ever long as needed and profitable. The majority of employers are only worried about your profitability in reality. Normies don't care about history, only briefly as a sign of the present and future. They don't care what happened yesterday or five minutes ago. They effectively have the attention span of a gold fish. They do not understand what happened five minutes ago and they do not know what purpose they serve, I only that they have been trained to follow "normie" behavior patterns and the accompanying list of actions to follow five minutes into the future in any given situation. Its a series of if/else statements that dictate their entire lives. So yes you can lie, but that will only get you to the next set of questions that the normie overlords have prepared for them. Find a company that’s filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy and say you worked as a contractor there. Ideally only use for entry level positions otherwise the verification process will be much more rigorous

I just got a job this month after quitting my last job in December. They asked about it and I said I was planning on taking the whole year off but this listing caught my eye. If more than a year I dunno, like others said just make up shit or extend your previous experience.

You gotta get to your local library. Especially if you have been out of the workforce for awhile. They offer job assistance that county addressed companies can get local tax credits from if they hire from that pool.

The temp agencies around here pay better and get treated better, but don't get offered health insurance. Its a seperate defense line against the higher ups but lacks the same protections that working directly for the company provides. The worst I've seen are private contractors. That are essentially just slaves that get brought in to work for the company. They are considered self employed and are simply offering a product for the company to purchase.

I've been unemployed since 2018 and even my welfare caseworker has given up on me.

when they ask stupid questions (like about gaps), ask them what data they are using to come up with these questions. Ask them when they pass on a candidate, what data do they collect to confirm if that was a wise decision? Or do they just engage in biased hiring, which is what companies aren't supposed to do.

Bare in mind there are employers who do give a shit about a resume, but there are a lot who couldn't give a shit about reading another resume out of probably the hundreds or even thousands he receives.
On a more genuine level, if you can connect with the employer during the interview there's a boosted chance of getting the job.

For anything above the absolute bottom rung of office jobs lying won't work as the employer will want references and check LinkedIn to make sure they're legit. But a NEET should probably be going for something in retail, manual labour or hospo, so yeah, just lie. You've got some good advice here. Another good one is to put down a business that's closed. Unless they pull tax records for a background check, there's no way to verify whether you worked there or not.
